You've probably seen these lighting setups in this tutorial. Great! Get them for free without lifting a finger.

Easily Drag-and-Drop it from the asset Browser!
Go to edit--> Preferences --> Filepaths --> + --> Select the folder where you placed the downloaded Blendfile
You can now access it from the asset browser and drag it into your scene!
